Happy Day Education for Pregnancy through Parenthood

Are you looking for comprehensive childbirth education with a holistic (whole person) approach? 

I received my certification in childbirth education in 2021 after a year of research, study, and creating a curriculum specifically for the growing families in my community. I began teaching classes this year with the curriculum I developed and have loved every moment.

​Happy Day Education for Pregnancy through Parenthood: A holistic approach to Childbirth Education Classes is a 3 class childbirth education course with a holistic approach. These classes are designed to help increase your chances of having a healthy pregnancy, birth, and baby. 

Course classes are 3 hours in duration and are attended weekly, in person at Crossroads Wellness Center.

Classes cover essential topics including but not limited to the following:

• nutrition, mindfulness, and movement
• your options and making informed decisions
• birth interventions and labor comfort measures
• caring for and feeding your new baby ​​
