Classes are lecture style and run 3.5 hours on the Northwest side of town.

Happy Day Education Course Topics Covered-
Class 1 covers essential topics including but not limited to the following:
- Nutrition, mindfulness, and movement
- Your maternity options and making informed decisions
- Birth interventions and labor comfort measures
Class 2 covers essential topics including but not limited to the following:
- Caring for yourself in the postpartum period
- Parenting choices
- Caring for and breastfeeding your new baby
All Happy Day Education clients receive a complimentary Postpartum Planning Consultation with Sacred Days Postpartum Doula Services. This consultation is in-person (Fort Wayne) and 1 hour in length.
All Happy Day Education clients also receive a no out of pocket cost virtual prenatal breastfeeding education class, to dive deeper into all things lactation, with Danielle Henderson, IBCLC.
